Goal Setting


How to setting goals, that are realistic and smart that you work towards and achieve.
Setting, achieving goals


How do you accomplish so much?   What is your secret?   How do you do this?   Where do I start?  Is Their a master plan that comes along with it? 


No there isn't any master plan for setting goals that you are wanting to accomplished.   Just following the Six Basic steps, Bing able to understand the framework on who, what where, why, how.


Who:  Determining who is going to be responsible for the tasked at hand.  Identifying the person that is going to completing with a plan of action for the goal at hand.    Having accountability when accomplishing the goal.


What: Establishing the goal with detail when finishing results, that goes along with it. 


When: Making the date of when you're going to begin to plan and when it is going to end.  It gives you a timeframe on when you are to complete it. 


Where:  Determining the place what step are you going to be taking, with a plan to care it out. 


How: Is defining what steps that you are going to be taking to complete within each step.


Why:   Finding the motivation to get it done. The plan that you have to work toward your goal.


By implementing these steps, you will be mastering the are of goal setting.  


As I was reading the book of goal setting  I learned so many things. The improvements I need to make,  with changing my behavior,  overcome some of the obstacles, establishing my priorities, making the most of my time, Understand the objectives of goal setting. 


Understanding that goal setting takes a lot of work and discipline to be successful in achieving them.   It can be done.   In goal setting gives you the tools also the technique to accomplished anything that you put your mind to it.  


We need a little reminder from time to time,  a little push too.    Some know how to set realistic specific goals and achieving them for themselves.
