The bishop's Daughter


 

Leona Weaver was the local school teacher of the Amish communities' Bishop.  She lead her life full of activities.  But it was a little lonely.  She had a bad experience with her previous fiance. But she hasn't gotten over the loss of him.

She hasn't had the desire to get marriage, it was clear she needing love in her life.  Jimmy was the baby brother, and was kidnapped from a man that wanted to make hs infile wife so happy. Linda was so happy raising Jimmy as her own.

Recently passed away from cancer, as she insisted that Jimmy was adoptive.  As Jimmy father turns to  Alcohol, for the relief of her death. She also insisted that his father talk to him about his background as well.  doesn't inform him of his birth. 

Jimmy found out about his birth also of his kidnapping has made the decision to move to Lancaster county to find out wild tales of kidnapping was true or not.  He decided to blend in. So he took a painting job for an Amish worker to learn his heritage.

What complicated the matter was he just met Leone.  They had an attraction for each other on day one between Jimmy and Leone.  Of course,  they both knew pursuing an relationship. 

It wasn't an option.  Leona was Amish and Jimmy was englisher. Then tragedy strikes the Bishop had developed Ammonnesia.  So Jimmy decided to help the family out at some point.

Still wondering what is going to help about the secrets, blossoming of love between Jimmy and Leona. or did Jimmy find his family. 

It was an amazing romance that had so many twist to it.  From his childhood experiences . has he faith has been  shaken by heartbreak. This is am amazing read. I really enjoyed it.
