A profound novel basis on a small town that had big dreams and the price was right  to make it come true.  People are saying Beartown was finished. A tiny community  are nesting deep in the forest.  Which is slowly loosing ground.

To the Ecroching tree.  Down by the lake was standing into an old ice rink the was built by generations ago by a working men that have founded the town. In the ice rink many people believe the town is going to bet better. 

As the jouior hockey team about to complete the national Semi finals, they have a shot for winning.   All there hopes and dreams lay on the shoulders of a handful of teenagers. Biggest responsiblity laids on the entire town, of the heavy burden of the Semi Finals.

As it leave a catalyst of voilent act that leaves a young girl traumatized and a town that was in tormoil. There was Accussations that were made, Might say it like an ripple on the ponds  As they traveled through Beartown, leaving  no residents, were effected. 

Beartown explores the hopes and dreams of a small town community to work together.  With the secret that tear them apart. And with the courage it takes by the indivduals  that will go again the grains.  As a small forest town the author has discovered the entire world in his story.
