The adventure of his granddaughter the author L. Frank Baum introduces the Cowardly lion as a cub until he meet Dorothy and others on the yellow brick road. As the lion and Oscar worked in a circus. But as they go for a ride in Oscar Balloon as they find themselves in oz.
But the lion falls out of the balloon and was separated from his friend. Once he was in Oz he find himself talking and soon meets up with the wicked witch of the east. As the Witch sends the lion on a journey to find the flower of oz.
With all things good in a land. On his way he meets an mysterious girl who was accompanied by animated toys, and the all set off together to find the flower of Oz. Along the way they find so many adventure.
an evil seamistress who worked for the wicked witch of the East, mini machan's, and the wizard of Oz himself. But the lion does not find the flower in time, he will be loosing the courage badge to the Witch.
As he befriended the flower of oz. with magical powers that are greater is what the witch was seeking. So together they defeated the witch,
Years later the made the story of Lion of oz and the Badge of Courage became a movie. It was one on my favorite story that I read, and how it was an off set of the Wizard of Oz story as well. This is one of the past children classic that was written by this amazing author. My hats off to him.
